EPS / Styrofoam

EPS or Styrofoam: lightweight and circular material.
What is EPS? EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), also known as Styrofoam or tempex, is a lightweight, white polystyrene foam. Originally developed for insulation, it is now also widely used as a protective packaging material

Collected, separated and cleaned.
The material is sorted by color, whether it is clean enough for further processing and whether it contains no nails or other hard parts. Processed into rigid, durable base material for our furniture These foam shells contain at least 80% recycled EPS

Blocks of foam
From the ingested materials, we press large blocks that are then cut into furniture hulls, for example. Circularly designed: without glue or bolts, fully dismantleable and recyclable. From waste to seating comfort Our furniture bodies, constructed from recycled EPS, form the solid base. The inner core (seat foam) is made from recycled foam, while the fabric comes from sustainable, circular textile waste streams. Smart design: easy to disassemble, repair and recycle No waste: return policy with deposit, return for a fee if desired Flexible use: easy to move or reassemble, both by the user and with help from Circuform Sustainable design principle: "borrow from the chain, give back after use"
