Our technology extracts thermosetting materials from existing composite products so that we can reuse them for new products without loss of quality. Wind turbine blades become beautiful flower pots. Sailboats become sleek desk tops. It never stops. It's endless. We strive to promote the circular economy by providing a practical solution for recycling polyester on a global scale. SEPARATION: In our unique machine, we separate the composite into two distinct entities: (glass) fiber and resin. We separate mechanically, not chemically. This requires much less energy and has no chemical effect on the fibers.
We mix the separated (glass) fibers and the resin dust into a powerful mix and add some additional water-based resin and water. The material mix is poured into a mold, where it hardens into the shape of the new product. The product, fresh from the mold, undergoes the final step: targeted finishing.
